The challenge
Updating marketing material and the product experience while implementing a new AI Copilot feature has a lot of moving parts. The first step in tackling a problem like this is to know the current state of everything with an initial audit.
The outcome
Using my unified system approach I scaled up the foundation of the brand. These elements cascaded down into pitch decks, marketing material, and the product. Unifying the customer experience.
